Other Properties We Manage
Real Property Management Premier is an expert in managing multiple types of properties. These include Commercial properties, Apartment Communities, HOA managed Common Interest Communities and Real Estate Owned (REO) properties.
Commercial Property
Real Property Management Premier also manages non-residential properties like offices, retail spaces, and storage facilities. Commercial management encompasses all the tasks and responsibilities of operating income-producing properties. We also conduct frequent property inspections and direct day-to-day maintenance issues to avoid costly problems and inconveniences.
Commercial property buildings host several tenants, each with their unique needs. As the property manager, we ensure each tenant is paying rent and other fees such as utility payments and CAM fees on time. We also ensure timely common area maintenance. Negotiations with tenants and the potential problems associated with commercial properties can be complicated. However, we strive to maintain a harmonious relationship between the owners of properties, and their tenants. We possess the requisite legal knowledge and expertise to deal with commercial property across South Florida.
Professional office condominiums, also known as office condos, are commercial real estate properties that combine the features of traditional office spaces with the benefits of individual ownership. In a typical office condominium arrangement, the building or complex is divided into separate units, and each unit is sold to individual businesses or professionals. These individual owners have the right to use their units as office space for their business operations.
However, these office condos require HOA management and vendor management to provide effective shared services. Vendors we typically manage include elevator companies, fire, and security systems, landscaping, and cleaning companies. As well as roofing, and general maintenance services. We also coordinate between the various municipalities that govern the city for annual inspections for the upkeep of commercial buildings.
Apartment Complexes
Managing apartments with 10 – 50 units can be complicated, however, our focus remains unchanged. We aim to maximize the return on your investment without the day-to-day hassles of managing the apartment complex. Locally based in Pembroke Pines FL, we are familiar with the regional culture as well as local and state laws. So we know what works and what does not. What rents, and how to meet the local requirements of renting in South Florida.
We are well-qualified and experienced in managing small to mid-sized apartment communities. Our services include leasing agreements, rent collection, cash dispersal, and tenant relations. And best of all, we offer 24/7, emergency repairs and maintenance services.
Common Interest Communities
Common interest communities include individually owned units, shared facilities, and common areas in neighborhoods. These include single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses, and retirement communities, managed by the relevant HOA, responsible for the community. Working with the HOA, we manage the common areas (playgrounds, parking lots, swimming pools, and clubhouses) to ensure smooth operation and compliance with the governing body of your community.
Real Property Management Premier has the professional experience, systems, and tools to deliver excellent service to your community. We will help you minimize the stress and hassles that come with association management and improve relations among your members.

Real Estate Owned Properties
Real Estate Owned (REO) properties are foreclosed properties owned by a bank, government agency, or government loan insurer. They can be found in across neighborhoods in cities in South Florida. Bank REO properties are frequently in poor condition. They need repairs and maintenance to satisfy South Florida property upkeep laws, and to maintain the property’s value for selling purposes.
In addition, the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act (ProTAFA) gives a tenant the right to remain in a foreclosed home if they have a lease. In this situation, banks and sometimes even individual investors, become the landlord.
Real Property Management Premier is knowledgeable and experienced in working with local institutions to preserve foreclosed properties and abide by ProTAFA.
