Residents are responsible for both, the interior and exterior of their townhomes. Due to their popularity, you can spot townhouses lining the streets in most South Florida cities and suburbs.

Apartments in South Florida

An apartment is a unit inside a single building structure, with similarly styled individual units, owned by multiple landlords. The tenant rents an apartment from a landlord and pays an agreed rent. In most cases, making repairs and upgrades to the leased unit is the responsibility of the landlord. Apartments are available in many sizes, as studio, one, two, three and four bedrooms.
