Residents are responsible for both, the interior and exterior of their townhomes. Due to their popularity, you can spot townhouses lining the streets in most South Florida cities and suburbs.

In South Florida, townhomes are usually found in gated communities with common areas, similar to the condos, and offer great lifestyle and investment options.

Apartments in South Florida

An apartment is a unit inside a single building structure, with similarly styled individual units, owned by multiple landlords. The tenant rents an apartment from a landlord and pays an agreed rent.
