Property management options:

1. Flat rate pricing
Flat rate plans help to maximize income by keeping property management costs predictable. This allows customers to lock in their property management costs, and not worry about unforeseen property management expenses.

2. Flexible pricing
Our flexible pricing plans are cost-effective and tailored to suit most requirements. Prices are competitive and our plans come with unbeatable value and total peace of mind, built on 35 years of nationwide experience. Customers can choose plans that suit both, their needs and their budget.

3. Rental income protection
We cover up to 2 months of lost rental income if a tenant placed by us defaults on rent. Or termination of the lease before the agreed period of the lease.

4. 12-month rent paid in advance
Owners can get up to 12 months’ rent on qualifying leases in advance when they sign up for the RENT ADVANCE program.

5. No Lock-In Contracts – No Termination Fees
With 30 days’ notice, customers can cancel management agreements with ZERO termination fees.

Lease-only option:

This is a good option for landlords who are not sure if they want to go with a property management company right away. They want to find their tenants and also manage their properties. However, they do need some services, that a professional property manager offers, such as tenant screening or a professional lease agreement. Or even property marketing services. This option gives them the chance to evaluate whether they can manage their properties themselves, or will need a professional property manager, down the road.
